Firstly please ensure you get in touch with me ASAP so I can help address any issues. If you do not like your print however for whatever reason you are welcome to return it to me within 30 days.
In the unfortunate event that your print is damaged in transit, please get in touch with me and provide details and photos and I will replace your item.

PAPER PRINTS
Matte Fine Art paper with a choice of frame
Created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish. Includes an off-white mount that will not discolour or fade with age.
All framed prints feature premium fine art paper. This is a museum-quality paper which reproduces artworks with exceptional tonality and renders sharp details with consistent flatness and accuracy.
For the matted / mounted prints I use a thick 1.4mm window mount cut from premium, textured mountboard. All mounts are "conservation grade", FSC certified, 100% acid free, and will not discolour or fade with age.
Premium moth-eye glaze features a revolutionary coating made from a special type of anti-reflective thin film, creating a stunning, noglass effect.
A semi transparent version of my logo is printed on the front for authenticity

CANVAS PRINTS
Canvas:
400gsm finely textured artist-grade cotton canvas which consistently reproduces image details with outstanding clarity and detail. Stretched over 38mm wooden bars within a traditional picture frame. The simple addition of a wooden picture frame gives a completely different ‘look’ to your Giclée printed wall art; quite distinct to a standard print on canvas.
The thin frame sits approximately 5mm from the edge of the canvas helping to create a floating border.

How long will it take to arrive?
All prints are made to your requirements. Please allow a few days for your order to be processed. However I work with printers in several locations to ensure that the shipping of your artwork is quick and sustainable. This reduces shipping costs and allows me to offer postage for free!
You can expect delivery within two weeks for most places in the world. Further details can be found here. If you require something urgent I can also cater for that with priority shipping for additional cost. Please do get in touch first so I can meet your expectations. Tracking numbers are provided so you can get regular updates.

Do you do custom paintings?
Each year I take on a number of commissions. Please note that due to the length of time spent on a painting and the drying times, there is a 3 month waiting list. If you have something in mind, please get in touch with me here so we can discuss
